Client support: changes, fixes and cancellations
Lodge a ticket below and it goes straight to the person who runs your account. Website changes, campaign tweaks, billing questions, or cancelling a service — same form, and you'll get a reply within one business day.
What's included
- Website hosting ($79/mo) includes up to an hour of updates a month — text, photos, prices, a new service section.
- Campaign changes — budget, area, job types, pausing for holidays — are part of management, not extra.
- Bigger jobs (new pages, a redesign, a new campaign) get quoted first, in writing.
Cancelling
- No lock-in contracts. Pick "Cancel a service" below, tell us which and from when.
- We'll confirm the final billing date by email and hand over anything that's yours — the site files, ad accounts, Business Profile ownership.
- Pausing instead of cancelling (holidays, a full diary) is fine too — just say so.
